Eva Marie
With over 20 years of catering, design and events experience behind her, Eva Marie created Haute & Fresh Events to bring a contemporary and innovative touch to parties, conferences, trade shows, farmer’s markets and fairs of all shapes and sizes.
Eva began her career as the owner and chef of Ruchetta Fine Foods, a specialty food store, restaurant and catering business on Fishers Island, New York. She went on to create the Boulder Bridal Show in Boulder, Colorado, the Legacy Outdoor Market in San Antonio, Texas and became the Trade Show Director for the natural products industry's largest and most significant trade shows and conferences, including the Natural Products Expo and NBJ Summit.
Eva has worked with some of the entertainment industry's most prolific creators, Washington, DC powerhouses and some of the country's most compelling speakers and innovators.
As the owner of San Antonio, Texas and Frederick, Maryland based, Haute & Fresh Events, Eva strives to produce informative, creative and fun events that fulfill her client's visions and serve the diverse industries and communities that she works within.
